I've been watching episodes of G.I. Joe Sigma Six for the past couple of weeks. The only reason why I watch is to find something that would convince myself that the cartoon is at par with the 80s G.I. Joes cartoon show. I can probably find that "something" if only I could stop myself from dozing off 5 minutes after the opening credits roll. I'm pretty sure it's just my preference working overtime, because kids and adults actually like the "anime-ish" version of "America's daring highly trained special mission force". I guess I'll stick to Cooking Master Boy if I wanted anime.
Although I can't seem to enjoy the show, I'm all praises when it comes to the Sigma Six toyline. I actually have the 2-inchers in my collection. As for the 8-inchers, I only have Duke, Firefly, Long Range and of course, Snake Eyes!
I'm not a fan of the pricing, but I just needed to buy Snake Eyes because of
Timber! I still have the 80s Timber and I'm glad that Hasbro is giving him some love by releasing a new version. If I could get some more funds, I would get Storm Shadow (if I can find one, that is!) just so Snake Eyes wouldn't feel so lonely.
